DALLAS Linedancers
Line dance for FUN, FITNESS & FRIENDS!
Beginners line dance session, followed by early intermediate and intermediate classes. No partner required! All ages. Dance to a variety of music, not just country, and come dressed as you please in comfortable attire and footwear. Low impact and great for mental health and fitness!

Discover pleasurable, fun conditioning whilst exploring your potential for self healing.
Nia is a barefoot movement practice that blends dance, martial arts and mindfulness.
It empowers people of all ages and levels of fitness to find their groove and feel better in Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit.

No Lights No Lycra
No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is a judgement-free hour of good music in a dark hall so you can let loose on the dance floor and build up a sweat by dancing like no one is watching.

Yoga with Lori Stewart
ALL GENDERS WELCOME
Lori likes to incorporate different styles of yoga, blending traditional Hatha (static) yoga postures with active yoga flows, keeping the whole body strong and flexible.
The classes are super friendly and beginners are very welcome. All postures are presented in various stages to suit everyone’s level. Classes include guided meditation.

Goat Track Theatre
Goat Track Theatre offers two dynamic programs for young people eager to explore the world of theatre and performance. Our primary-aged students attend drama classes on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons, discovering a new theatrical style each term through play, creativity and collaboration. High school students dive into hands-on production work every Wednesday afternoon, gaining real performance experience as they rehearse and present a full-scale play for a live audience.

Naomi is a trauma informed yoga teacher and somatic psychotherapist with 12 years’ experience offering a safe and nurturing space to come back home to yourself.
Naomi offers a unique blend of counselling and yoga to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery. With a compassionate approach, Naomi creates a safe space for you to explore your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and embrace a life of balance and authenticity.

5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community. While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.
5 Rhythms Waves Classes run alternately by Stephen and Jacqueline McInnes.
Our classes are held in a safe accepting space. No dance experience required.
